Rebooking

• Lessons must be paid in advance. Payment is due immediately upon rebooking or within 24 hours of booking to secure your lesson slot.
• Lesson credits (from packages or gift certificates) will be deducted; cancellation fees apply for changes or cancellations with less than 1 business day's notice.
• Booking is advised only when availability is certain, as slots cannot be assumed available.
• Lesson slots are not reserved without payment, especially for after-school or weekend sessions.
• Students receive lesson details via message and can confirm rebooking at the end of each lesson.

Non-Attendance

Cancelling a lesson within 24 hours incurs a full cancellation fee equivalent to the lesson cost. Non-attendance is treated as a cancellation.

Cancellations

• Cancellation fees are equivalent to the lesson's value, whether standalone or part of a package that includes driving tests.
• We require at least 1 full business day's notice. We operate 7 days a week, including most public holidays. Late cancellations and non-attendance incur a fee equal to the booked time's value.
• Lessons cancelled with less than 1 business day's notice are charged the full lesson fee because we often cannot fill the reserved slot on short notice.
• A fee for cancelled driving tests with less than 3 business days' notice applies, as we reserve 3 hours for each test and cannot easily fill these slots.
• We may occasionally reschedule lessons on the same day, subject to space availability.
• Full payment is required upfront for new bookings before reserving a new time and day.
• If we manage to fill your cancelled slot on short notice, you will not be charged or lose a lesson, and we will notify you of this.
• Occasionally, we may need to reschedule a lesson with more than 48 hours' notice, or another instructor may step in if the regular instructor is unavailable.
• Our instructors work every day, and while illness may necessitate lesson cancellations, this excludes minor illnesses like headaches that can be managed. Safety is our priority.
• Mechanical issues with vehicles can also lead to rescheduled lessons, which are beyond our control.
• Instructors will notify students if they are running late; please be prepared when they arrive.
• Instructors may be up to 15 minutes early or late on occasion; students should check their phones for updates.

Terms of Use for Instructor Vehicle during Driving Test

Learners assume full responsibility for vehicle damage, theft, fines, and related costs during the test.

Account Terms

• Automated account registrations are prohibited and will be removed.
• You are responsible for all account activities and agree to receive communications from Trinity.
• Posting false information or engaging in illegal activities using the service is prohibited.

Using Your Own Car for Lessons

• If you prefer to use your own car for lessons, it must meet the following requirements:
• The car should be roadworthy and in safe operating condition.
• It must have comprehensive insurance coverage that is valid during the lesson.
• We reserve the right to decline conducting lessons in a vehicle that does not meet these safety and legal requirements.

Cancellation Rates

Less than 24 hours' notice results in forfeiture of the full booking fee. Cancellations do not automatically refund; credited amounts are applied to your Trinity account.

Modifications to Services and Prices

Trinity reserves the right to modify or discontinue services or adjust prices without notice. Such changes do not affect paid services.

Vouchers

Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from purchase. Transferable between clients but cannot be split among multiple individuals.

Fees

All transactions are processed securely in Australian Dollars using SSL encryption and a PCI compliant payment gateway. Extra 2% is charged as card processing fee on every transaction.

General Conditions

• Use of the website is at your own risk; provided "as is" and "as available".
• Prohibited from reproducing, selling, or exploiting any part of the website without Trinity's written permission.
• Trinity may suspend or terminate accounts for violations; no tolerance for abuse towards any Trinity stakeholders.
