Cancelling a lesson within 24 hours incurs a full cancellation fee equivalent to the lesson cost. Non-attendance is treated as a cancellation.
Learners assume full responsibility for vehicle damage, theft, fines, and related costs during the test.
Less than 24 hours' notice results in forfeiture of the full booking fee. Cancellations do not automatically refund; credited amounts are applied to your Trinity account.
Trinity reserves the right to modify or discontinue services or adjust prices without notice. Such changes do not affect paid services.
Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from purchase. Transferable between clients but cannot be split among multiple individuals.
